Important: By downloading, installing, or using the Hairy.ai mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. App Overview

Hairy.ai is a mobile application designed to help users improve their hair health and reduce hairfall through AI-powered daily habit tracking, assessments, personalized recommendations, and expert chat support. The app offers both free and premium subscription features to transform your hair health journey with data-driven insights.

2. Subscription Services

2.1 Available Subscriptions

Hairy.ai Premium offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:

Weekly Subscription: $2.99 per week
Yearly Subscription: $29.99 per year (Most Popular - Save over 80%!)

Note: Prices may vary by location and are subject to change. Current pricing is displayed in the app at the time of purchase.

2.2 Subscription Features

2.3 Auto-Renewal Terms

Important Subscription Information:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
Weekly subscriptions renew every 7 days
Yearly subscriptions renew every 365 days
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's Account Settings after purchase

3. Payment and Billing

3.1 Payment Processing

All subscription payments are processed through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Payment will be charged to your app store account upon confirmation of purchase.

3.2 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal, and you will be notified of any price changes in advance.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 How to Cancel

For iOS users:

Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
Tap your name at the top
Tap "Subscriptions"
Find Hairy.ai and tap it
Tap "Cancel Subscription"

For Android users:

Open the Google Play Store app
Tap Menu → Subscriptions
Find Hairy.ai and tap it
Tap "Cancel Subscription"

4.2 Cancellation Terms

You can cancel your subscription at any time
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the paid period
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
You must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refund requests must be made directly through your device's app store:

iOS: Submit refund requests through Apple's Report a Problem website
Android: Request refunds through Google Play Store customer service

Hairy.ai does not control app store refund policies and cannot guarantee refund approval.

6. Free Trial (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered, you will be charged the full subscription price when the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial expires. Free trials are limited to one per user.

7. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate information during onboarding and daily check-ins
Maintain the security of your device where data is stored
Use the app in accordance with these terms
Not share your premium account access with others
Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
Use AI chat features responsibly and appropriately
Not input false or misleading hair health information
Understand that the app provides lifestyle recommendations, not medical treatment

Important Health Notice: Hairy.ai provides general hair health information, habit tracking, and AI-generated recommendations for lifestyle improvements. This app is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with qualified healthcare providers regarding hair loss, scalp conditions, or any health concerns.

9. AI Technology Disclaimer

Our AI provides recommendations based on general hair health knowledge and your self-reported data
AI responses are generated based on patterns in hair care research and user inputs
Results may vary significantly between individuals
AI recommendations should be considered general guidance, not personalized medical advice
We do not guarantee specific hair health outcomes or improvement timelines
Users should use their own judgment when following AI recommendations

10. Data Storage and Privacy

Local Data Storage: Hairy.ai stores all your personal hair health data locally on your device. Your daily check-ins, assessment scores, progress charts, and personal information remain on your device and are not transmitted to our servers, ensuring maximum privacy protection.

All personal hair health data remains on your device
You have complete control over your data
AI chat conversations are processed temporarily and not permanently stored
You can export your progress data at any time
Uninstalling the app removes all local data

11. Medical Disclaimer

Users retain ownership of their personal hair health data stored locally on their devices. The AI algorithms, app interface, and recommendation systems are proprietary to Hairy.ai. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute the app's proprietary technology.

13. Privacy

14. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Hairy.ai at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms, misuse of AI features, or any other reason. Your local data remains on your device regardless of account termination.
