After completing onboarding, tap the "Daily Check-in" button on your home screen. Answer the quick questions about your hair condition, habits, and any changes you've noticed. The assessment takes about 2-3 minutes and generates your daily hair health score.

During onboarding, you'll provide:

• Main hair concerns (hairfall, thinning, etc.)
• Current hair care routine
• Lifestyle factors affecting hair health

All this information stays privately on your device.

Tap the "Chat with AI" button from your home screen. You can ask questions like "Why is my hair falling more than usual?" or "What foods help with hair growth?" The AI provides personalized advice based on your assessment history and hair health data.

Your daily hair health score is calculated based on multiple factors including:

• Healthy habit completion
• Progress compared to previous days
• Consistency in daily check-ins

Higher scores indicate better hair health and habit consistency.

For iOS: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Hairy.ai

For Android: Open Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Hairy.ai

You can also use the "Restore Purchases" option in the app if you've switched devices.

All your personal hair health data, daily check-ins, progress charts, and assessment history are stored locally on your device. This ensures complete privacy and means your data is always accessible offline. Only anonymous usage data is used to improve the AI recommendations.

Tap "Progress" from the main menu to see detailed charts showing:

• Daily hair health scores over time
• Habit completion streaks
• Hair condition improvements
• Weekly and monthly trends

Yes! Go to Settings > Data Export to save your progress charts and assessment history. This is useful for sharing with healthcare providers or keeping personal records of your hair health journey.

For best results, complete your daily check-in once per day, preferably at the same time each day. Consistency helps the AI provide more accurate recommendations and helps you build better hair health habits.
